By accessing or using Pravesh Mitra's counselling platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Pravesh Mitra provides educational counselling and guidance services for MHT-CET engineering aspirants in Maharashtra. Our services include:

Personalized college predictions based on historical data and your academic profile
Expert counselling sessions via phone, video call, or WhatsApp
College shortlisting and branch recommendations
CAP (Centralized Admission Process) form filling guidance
Cut-off analysis and comparison reports

3. Important Disclaimers

⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Predictions, Not Guarantees: All college suggestions, predictions, and recommendations are based on historical data, trends, and statistical analysis. They are NOT guaranteed outcomes.
CAP Process Variability: The actual college allocation is determined by the Maharashtra State CET Cell and depends on multiple factors including seat availability, number of applicants, cut-off trends, reservation policies, and other variables beyond our control.
No Liability for Admission Outcomes: Pravesh Mitra is NOT responsible or liable for your final college allocation, seat confirmation, or any admission-related outcomes. We provide guidance only.
Individual Results May Vary: Your actual admission result may differ from our predictions based on real-time CAP round dynamics, changes in cut-offs, seat matrix modifications, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Official Process Authority: The final authority on all admissions rests solely with the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra and the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway. By selecting a plan and completing payment, you agree that:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
Payments are one-time, non-transferable, and plan-specific
Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
Your payment information is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the service limitations and disclaimers

5. Refund Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

5.1 Eligibility for Refund

Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund (100%) is available ONLY if:
- No counselling session has been conducted
- No study materials or reports have been delivered
- No services have been availed

5.2 No Refund Conditions

NO REFUND will be provided in the following cases:

After 24 hours from the time of payment
If any counselling session has been conducted (even partially)
If college prediction report or study materials have been delivered
If WhatsApp support or any form of guidance has been provided
If the student is dissatisfied with admission outcomes (as predictions are not guarantees)
If the student's actual CAP allocation differs from our predictions
For change of mind or personal reasons after service commencement

5.3 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to brixontech@gmail.com
Include your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for refund
Refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Pravesh Mitra reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria

6. Technical Issues & Support

In case of technical difficulties, payment failures, or website issues, immediately contact us at brixontech@gmail.com
For payment-related queries, include transaction ID, date, time, and screenshot if possible
We will investigate and resolve technical issues within 48 hours
Technical issues will not automatically qualify for refunds unless services cannot be delivered

7. Service Delivery & Scheduling

Counselling sessions will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
Students must be available at the scheduled time for counselling calls
Missed appointments without prior notice (minimum 4 hours) will be considered as service delivered
Rescheduling is allowed once per plan, subject to counselor availability
College prediction reports will be delivered via email within 24 hours of data submission

8. Data Accuracy & Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information including CET score, percentile, rank, category, and preferences
Verify all data before submission as predictions are based on the information you provide
Understand that incorrect or false information will lead to inaccurate predictions
Not hold Pravesh Mitra responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect data provided by you
Independently verify all official information with DTE Maharashtra and CET Cell
Follow official CAP guidelines and deadlines for form filling and document submission

9. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:

Pravesh Mitra provides advisory and guidance services only
We are NOT affiliated with DTE Maharashtra, CET Cell, or any educational institution
We DO NOT guarantee admission to any specific college or branch
We are NOT LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- College allocation outcomes
- Admission rejections or seat denials
- Changes in cut-offs or merit lists
- CAP process delays or modifications
- Errors in official processes beyond our control
- Student's failure to follow official procedures
- Any other admission-related outcomes
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations

10. Data Privacy & Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information:

Personal data (name, contact, academic records) is used solely for service delivery
We use industry-standard encryption (256-bit SSL) to secure your data
Your data will NOT be shared with third parties without explicit consent
Data is retained only as long as necessary for service fulfillment and legal compliance
You have the right to request data access, correction, or deletion at any time

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including reports, analysis, study materials, logos, and designs are proprietary to Pravesh Mitra
You may use materials for personal reference only

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms & Conditions
You provide false or misleading information
You engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes
You misuse the platform or harass our counselors/staff
You attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our proprietary systems

13. Force Majeure

Pravesh Mitra shall not be held liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website
Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra
You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations before legal proceedings

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
